World renowned bass-baritone Paolo Bordogna performs as Figaro in Mozart's masterpiece at the Sydney Opera House. The first night is "sold out" to delight of the Italian master.

Paolo Bordogna returns to Sydney after his huge success last year in Rossini's Turco in Italia for Opera Australia. His presence at the Sydney Opera House has continued for several years and "will continue in the coming years" says Bordogna in this interview to SBS Italian.

In 2015 Bordogna performed in the current Mozart Figaro production directed by Sir David McVicar at the Sydney Opera House, achieving a true triumph. This year he seems to do the same. The first performance on October 18 is "sold out" and few tickets are still available for the other performances that will end on November 2nd. In this interview, Paolo Bordogna talks about the current production of Figaro, his recent successes in Europe and the future engagements in the United States.
