Pinocchio lit up the Berlin Film Festival

Matteo Garrone directs Roberto Benigni in a delightful gothic fantasy that embodies the original story's appeal. On the other hand, Elio Germano 'overacts' when he plays Italian painter Antonio Ligabue in Hidden Away  a biographical drama film directed by Giorgio Diritti.
