Today our cooking segment takes us to Rome. Sora Lella, a true institution in the Italian capital, was an actress who worked with actors such as Totò, Mastroianni, Gassman, Verdone. Her real name was Elena Fabrizi.

She was known for her cooking skills and her recipes, typical of Roman cuisine, which she displayed at her restaurant. One of her main dishes was Pollo alla Romana. She used to say: "If Napoleon came to Rome, he’d lap it up". Raffaele De Falco, head chef of Sonny’s Bottega restaurant in Melbourne, shares the traditional recipe for this dish.
