Zambia’s prison system is considered one of the worst in Africa. Its 25 thousand convicts are forced to live in spaces designed for eight thousand and die due to lack of water, food and care. CELIM, in collaboration with Prisons Future Foundation, has launched a project that offers professional training to prisoners and helps them reintegrate into society.
