Sustainability, seasonality and transparency: the three keys to enjoy fish in a responsible way.
The Slow Fish Festival 2019 will take place in Sportswood (VIC) on Sunday 3 March. Featuring gourmet farmer Matthew Evans, star of SBS Australia series “What’s the Catch?” and cooking demonstrations by some of Australia's best chefs. The Italian flag will be held by celebrity chef Rosa Mitchell who reminded us about the importance of sustainable fishing.
