After spending six years in Abruzzo rediscovering her roots, Michelle Di Pietro decided to come back to OZ and open her own "Arrosticini bar".

MIchelle Di Pietro didn't know much about the Italian language when she decided to move to Abruzzo to rediscover her roots. Little did she know that her stint in Filetto - a town in Abruzzo hosting 800 - would have given her a perfect command of the language and a deep knowledge of the local cuisine.
