A freelance sports journalist who has covered international events for newspapers, magazines and online for more than 20 years, Simon Cambers was born in Bournemouth in 1973. Specialised in tennis, he's always been 'equally happy' writing about football.
It was indeed because of 1990's football World Cup that he fell in love with Italy and the Italian language.
