Over the last years, the food sector started investing millions of dollars to develop "clean meat"; environmental engineer, Emiliano Moroni, discussed the ethics of food.


Most of the "meat" that people will eat in 2040 will not come from animals, as a report published by the global consulting firm AT Kearney shows. 

In recent years, several companies have invested tens of millions of dollars in the development of the so-called "clean meat", as laboratory meat is often called.
