Rules and tips to follow for a stress-free holiday at home, on the beach, in the parks and on New Year's Eve.


For any pet owner, the holiday period requires some extra care.

From the choice of a boarding house or a dog sitter, to the most suitable destinations for traveling with our pet- through New Year's Eve and the sound of fires that scares dogs and cats- it is better be well prepared and know all the options available.

In particular, given the record temperatures in Australia, the heat represents a danger especially for dogs whose normal body temperature is 38 degrees.

How to behave during the holidays to take care of our four-legged friends? Sarah Dallera, a dog trainer and veterinary nurse based in Sydney, has all the answers.
