Conversation with Marco Lavazza, vice president of one of Italy's largest and best-known coffee manufacturers.


Serving every year 27 billion cups of coffees around the world, the company founded in Turin in 1895 has six manufacturing plants: three are based in Italy, one in France, one in India and one in Brazil.

We met its high representative in Melbourne and we talked about Australia's coffee culture and discussed the future of the so called black gold.
