What's the difference between Pinot Grigio and Pinot Gris? This and more is the subject of a three-session course about Italian wine led by Italian winemaker-sommelier Francesca Romagno.

"DiVino in Vino" is a three-session course about Italian wine led by Italian winemaker-sommelier Francesca Romagno, designed as a short journey through Italian wine's landscapes with Prosecco, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir as the main subject.

The course is addressed to wine lovers, those looking to supply their cellars and anyone who enjoys wine.

The next session, on July 11 at the Italian Institute of Culture in Melbourne, will focus on the difference between Pinot Grigio and Pinot Gris.

Romagno revelaed some of this information ahead of the session to SBS Italian

Prior to her relocation from Italy to Australia, Romagno worked for one year in London as a sommelier at the Dorchester Hotel.

Now based in Melbourne, she has worked for the past year as a representative for Twelvebottles, an importer and distributor of boutique wines from Italy, Australia and New Zealand.
