Nicola Roberti helped us cooking something for dinner with the little we have.
The 32-year old Italian cook, who classified in the top 8 at the 2018 Chef of the Year competition, accepted the challenge. He improvised a series of recipes based on the (very) few ingredients SBS staff and listeners admittedly have on their shelves.
