Corey Milstein will bring the "schiacciata" at the Italian Day 2019 organised by Preston Market.
"I created Rustic Tuscan when I returned from Italy after living there for three years. Although I was born in Melbourne, I fully immersed myself in the Italian culture and lifestyle. With the help of my Italian wife, family and friends, I was able to properly appreciate and understand Italian cuisine, and to continue developing my passion for cooking" Corey Milstein told SBS Italian.
Once back home, Corey started Rustic Tuscan and brought his passion for Ancient Roman History, Italian food and music back to Melbourne, where he will be representing Tuscan food at the Italian Day at Preston Market.
