The report reveals cases of neglect and failure to meet the needs of older Australians highlighting neglect among older, vulnerable Australians within the aged care system.

It follows nine months of hearings and investigation and the report reveals older people experienced inconsiderate and unkind treatment when receiving so-called "care". We talked about this morning with Felice Montrone, entrepreneur, president of the Puglia association for many years, member of the Board of Multicultural NSW and founder of the Father Atanasio Gonelli Charitable Fund.
