A sharply divided U-S House of Representatives has approved the rules for its impeachment inquiry of President Donald Trump.
It is the first formal step in the impeachment process that's likely to take months, possibly stretching into the early weeks of the 2020 election year. With journalist Giampiero Gramaglia we also discussed the official withdraw from the Paris Agreement on climate change of the US.
