Un Ponte Per ...(UPP) is an international solidarity association and NGO founded in 1991 immediately after the Iraq war.
UPP is now involved in assisting Syrian refugees in Northern Syria. UPP desk-officer, Luca Magno, says that the presence of Turkish troops in the area is complicating assistance efforts.
