Last week, head chef and co-founder of Melbourne's 48h Pizza e Gnocchi Bar Michele Circhirillo took part at the Campionato Mondiale della Pizza - The World Pizza Championships and his 'Di Parma' pizza was ranked number 1 Pizza in Australia.
