The UN humanitarian chief Stephen O'Brien says Yemen is on the brink of social, economic and institutional collapse after two years of war. As journalist Laura Silvia Battaglia reports, his remarks come as the world body struggles to raise the aid funding necessary to address what it regards as a "tragedy of unprecedented proportion".
