Mixed reaction from businesses to financial lifelines

As Sydney prepares for its extended lockdown of at least another two weeks, businesses and workers impacted by the restrictions have welcomed the jointly-funded financial life line from the New South Wales and Federal Governments. But while it's welcome relief for many businesses, not everyone is happy.
