Australia's Foreign Affairs Minister has refused to speculate about when the Prime Minister would next be able to have a conversation from U-S President Donald Trump. The Reserve Bank's measure of consumer prices has fallen within its preferred range of two to three per cent, while headline inflation remains steady.
