Experience Japan, a special event to showcase food and tourist attractions in Japan, was held at the Sydney Opera House on the 2nd of August as a part of the Iron Chef event 'Iron Chef All Stars Sydney'.
The prefectures Ehime, Okinawa, Nagano, Niigata, Tokushima had representatives in attendance, with a booth to promote their local charms.
