Dr Terumi Narushima, a composer and senior lecturer of Wollongong University, talks about Microtonal music and her recent work.

Dr Narushima was born and raised in Australia.  Her parents are Japanese.  She has been studying Microtonal music.

Dr Narushima composed music for a stage 'Lost in Shanghai' which was performed at this year's Sydney Festival.

Dr Narushima is also a musician and performs as a duo Clocks and Clouds, with her husband Kraig Grady who is a composer.
