More than 80 per cent of registered voters in both Sydney and Melbourne cast their ballots for 2017 South Korean Presidential election.

Overseas voters for 2017 South Korean Presidential election casted their ballots in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourn and Brisbane from 25 to 30 April

A total of 204 polling stations were open across the globe and a record number of some 294,633 overseas voters registered for the election. 

South Korean Consulate General in Sydney says, 84.2 percent of the 8,784 registered voters in Sydney and Brisbane voted. 82.9 percent of 3,017 registered in Melbourne voted as well in this period.
