Government to announce its plan to bring stranded australians home from India

Senior members of the government have met in the National Security Committee on Thursday and agreed to use the Howard Springs quarantine facility in the Northern Territory - which has a capacity of around 2,000 people - solely for arrivals from India when repatriation flights resume once a travel ban to the country ends on 15 May.
