Nepal: Cabinet meeting via teleconference has everyone talking!

Prime minister KP Sharma Oli left for Singapore for medical treatment without nominating his replacement. And, he conducted the all-important cabinet meeting from there via video conferencing. But not everyone is happy in Nepal.
