Seaforth aged care worker Prakash Paudyal pleads guilty

Prakash Paudyal, 36, has pleaded guilty to assaulting an 82 years old man who has dementia at a Seaforth aged care facility on 26 August and 3 September. He was charged with two counts of common assault and currently remains on bail. Paudyal has been given a sentencing date of 23 January.
