Visa changes for Nepali VET students in Australia

Nepali students applying for the visa to study in Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector should provide evidence of their English language skills and financial capacity as per the new directive from the Department of Home Affairs. But experts say it is not a significant change.

The change were effective from 1st May 2019, Wednesday and will affect applicants both here in Australia and in Nepal.

We contacted migration agent Tirtha Khatiwada and asked how it is going to impact Nepali students.
