Got a lot on your plate? Food poisoning can sleigh the Christmas spirit, experts warn

There can be a lot on our plates at this time of year and our meals can come with a side of sickness. The Australian Food Safety Information Council has released its top tips for how to enjoy the season safely, aiming to reduce more than four and a half million cases of food poisoning each year.
