While many view Fagu Purnima or Holi solely as a vibrant celebration, characterised by an explosion of colours, Acharya Rajan Sharma from the Global Society for Peace and Spiritual Science Incorporated (GSPSS) explains its broader significance. He emphasises its importance in terms of physical and mental health, cultural heritage, and fostering a sense of community. Speaking to SBS Nepali, he also shared the religious narrative behind the festival, portraying it as a day symbolising the victory of truth.
