With social media rife with allegations about immigration agents providing wrong information and making money from students, an alliance of Nepali education consultants in Australia is hoping they will be able to set the record straight. The alliance, also known as ECA, is hosting a day long event on April 20 where representatives from the Immigration department and various educational institutions will be able to speak to students directly. Niraj Shrestha runs a migration agency in Sydney and is also the president of the Education Consultants alliance. He told SBS Nepali that they're hoping the event will also help resolve confusion surrounding various visa categories including TSS.
