SBS Nepali recently spoke to Melbourne-based travel agent and tour operator Bhim Neupane about opportunities and challenges facing the tourism industry.
Neupane also reflected on his 18-year journey in the travel business, insights into how customers compare and negotiate airfares and the impact of the conflict in the Middle East on the travel sector.
