Recent data has revealed that property price growth surpassed the rates observed in late 2023. According to CoreLogic's data, every capital city experienced an increase in house values in March, except for Darwin. However, financial advisor Bishwas Bhattrai believes that Melbourne has also not performed well in terms of return, as expected.
