Heavy monsoon rains have unleashed landslides and floods that killed dozens of people in recent in Eastern Nepal.

At least 35 people have died in flooding across Nepal this year alone, as heavy monsoon rains triggered floodings and landslides. The spokesperson of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority Dr Dijan Bhattarai gave an update on the current situation.
