How marginalised people in Nepal are being stopped from accessing essential government with one simple decision

Thousands of Nepalis like Durga Devi have been affected by Nepal Government's rule, which dictates only people with a valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate will now be able to access services provided by the state. But getting a vaccine in the first place in itself is a big hurdle, reports our Nepal correspondent Sewa Bhattarai.
