Kathmandu enjoys Indra Jatra festivities despite the COVID-19 pandemic

Despite the government imposing rules to curb the spread of the Coronavirus, scenes during the celebrations of an annual festival in Kathmandu portrayed a completely opposite picture. Girish Subedi's report from Kathmandu on the cultural significance of Indra Jatra and how people are flouting rules in the name of tradition.
