Prabin Shrestha, who began his journey at family-run company as a part-time cleaner, has recently been appointed the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO). After spending nearly three decades with the SKG Services, now valued at around $250 million, Shrestha has risen from an ordinary worker to leading more than 2,000 employees. Speaking with SBS Nepali, he reflects on the hard work, challenges, and motivation behind his journey to the top.
