In the first part of our special five-part series, Nepali entrepreneurs Niraj Khanal and twin brothers Ram and Laxman Rimal share their experiences of visiting Australia and meeting entrepreneurs from Nepali backgrounds during the International Youth Entrepreneur Summit (I-YES) in Sydney. Speaking to SBS Nepali, they reflect on their entrepreneurial journeys, the differences between business environments in Nepal and Australia, and the opportunities for collaboration between entrepreneurs in the two countries. The series also explores how the Rimal brothers grew their business journey from developing technology to automate water pumps to building the Ram Laxman Group into a network of six companies, while Niraj Khanal shares his journey from struggling with science studies to pursuing arts and eventually entrepreneurship.
