As more people build “home studios” to watch movies, has the need for sound design in Nepal’s film industry changed over the years? Nepal correspondent Girish Subedi spoke with senior sound designer and trainer Bipin Sthapit, who has been working in the industry for over three decades. Sthapit is the founding president of the newly formed Audio Visual Society of Nepal (AVSN).
