The death toll from the devastating floods that hit Nepal on Wednesday, 26 August, has surpassed 700, with thousands of people still reported missing. Assistant Minister for Foreign Affairs Matt Thistlethwaite says the number of Australian citizens reported missing has risen to 43, as of the time of publication.
