📆 In this week’s update:
🏞️ The death toll from the Bhotekoshi–Trishuli floods has surpassed 900, with some people expressing dissatisfaction over the rescue efforts.
🫂 The government says 315 foreign nationals have been rescued from flood-affected areas, including more than 40 Australians.
🔎 Search and identification efforts are proving difficult as rivers have carried bodies far from the affected areas. The government has also clarified how recovered bodies are being managed.
🔍 Relatives of those missing are posting photographs of their loved ones at hospitals and other locations in the hope of finding them.
🏏 Nepal makes a winning start in the ACC Cup.
