Population crisis looms as declining birth rates affect Federal Budget

The Federal Government is being warned of a population crisis, as new research shows Australia's birth rate is rapidly declining. Struggling families say more support, including cheaper childcare and extended paid parental leave, should be included in the upcoming Budget.
