The Productivity Commission, through a draft report, has recommended to the government that children under five years of age should have at least three days a week of childcare and learning opportunities. This commission says this will have a positive impact on children's future. SBS Nepali spoke to Anjali Rauniyar, General Manager at a childcare service provider in Melbourne, about the benefits of sending children to childcare and the challenges faced by service providers.
