'We have saved 978 lives so far': Nepali community's involvement in blood donation

Royal Westerns Club in Melbourne is a community organisation engaged in various programs such as blood donation drives, first aid training and sports activities. On Sunday, 18 February 2024 the Club hosted a 'Blood Donors Appreciation Program' to honor individuals who were actively involved in blood/plasma donations in the last three years. A documentary titled 'Blood donation: Give someone a second chance to live life' was also released on the same day. President Roshan Dahal spoke to SBS Nepali about the event and awareness of blood/plasma donation in Australia's Nepali community.
