Deepesh Shrestha is a director of a Sydney-based brewery that has been producing beers with a “Nepali taste” for around half a decade. We spoke to Shrestha about the challenges of starting a small business in Australia, including facing competition in an already established market and the demand for Nepali beer in Australia, on the occasion of International Beer Day (IBD). IBD is observed every year on the first Friday in August.
