Writer Keshav Dahal and singer, Bhaktaraj Acharya to receive this year's PadmaShree Awards

Writer Keshav Dahal has been awarded this year's Padma Shri, while singer and lyricist Bhaktaraj Acharya has been awarded the Padma Shri by Khemlal Harikala Lamichhane Social Welfare Foundation. Girish Subedi reports from Kathmandu.
