Every year, 21 June is celebrated as International Yoga Day. This year's theme is 'Yoga for Self and Society'. Sydney yoga teacher Bhimsen Sapkota, known as Acharya Rajan Sharma, spoke to SBS Nepali about the true meaning and scope of yoga.
