छाउपडीको अन्त्य गर्न स्थानिय युवाहरुको परिचालन ठिक होला त?

नेपालमा छाउ प्रथालाई गैरकानूनी घोषणा गरिएको पाँच महिना बितिसक्दा पनि पीडित महिला तथा उनीहरूका बाल-बालिकाहरूलाई गाई-गोठमा महिनावारीको बखत त्यहाँ पठाउने चलनमा कुनै कमी आएको छैन। छाउ प्रथा ग्रस्त जिल्ला भ्रमण गरेर फर्किएका नेपाल सरकारका एक अधिकारी भने त्यहाँ रहेका युवाहरूलाई लिएर उत्साहित देखिन्छन्। उनी भन्छन्, यो लडाई जित्न हामीले स्थानीय युवाहरूलाई सशक्तीकरण गरेर उनीहरूलाई परिवर्तनको संवाहक बनाउन जरुरी रहेको छ।
