Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan has teamed up with his Dangal daughter Zaira Waseem for his upcoming movie, Secret Superstar. Zaira played the role of Geeta in Dangal.
Aamir is playing a wacky music director in the upcoming movie and mentors Zaira Waseem whose dream is to be a singer but her father is strictly against this.
Some reports have termed the movie 'Musical Tare Zameen Par with Aamir's Dangal Daughter'. But Aamir says Dangal and Secret Superstar are two entirely different stories.
Advait Chauhan who began his career with Aamir Khan as an intern is making his directorial debut with this movie.
Aamir has also shown a remarkable physical transformation in this one with returning to his muscular shape within just six months of his pot-bellied character of Mahavir Singh Phogat of Dangal.
“I find it exciting to be able to change myself physically. Every time I travel, the immigration officers look at my passport and say ‘you are not this person’. To me that is a compliment,” he tells SBS Punjabi.

“I obviously had experts helping me but it was certainly one of my biggest challenges physically.”
Secret Superstar will hit the screens in India on Diwali.
