India’s comedy king Kapil Sharma is now taken and we hope he will now (never) stop cracking jokes on married couples.
The man who had the entire country laughing to his slapstick humour tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend Ginni Chatrath in Jalandhar on December 12th.
Dressed in a green sherwani, the funnyman looked oddly serious while posing with his brand new wife, Ginni, who was dressed in a beautiful red lehenga paired with stunning jewellery.
But the comic couldn’t stay serious for long.
A host of celebrities, particularly from the Punjabi film fraternity and the TV industry, were spotted throughout the four-day long celebrations.
While singing legend Gurdas Maan graced the stage, the likes of Punjabi popular singers like Sardool Sikander, Jasbir Jassi, Ranjit Bawa and Lakhwinder Wadali among others were seen rocking the dance floor.
The pictures from the ceremonies are receiving immense love from the comedian’s fans on social media.
But the celebrations are not yet over.
The couple is due to host a grand reception for their friends and family in Amritsar tonight which will be followed by a second round in Mumbai for Kapil’s celebrity friends on December 24th.
