Sardarni & Sardarji International Contest is a unique event that is to be held for the first time in Melbourne on 27 Aug 2017.
Guri Singh who is also part of the organizing team, told SBS Punjabi that they are expecting participants from a few different countries who will showcase their talents and skill.
“Virse De Waris team is organising this event for the first time. We want participants to be ‘Sabat Soorat’. Anyone good with Punjabi language skills, Sikh traditions, culture and talent is expected to make a mark in this contest,” said Mr Singh.
“There are a few prominent names in the judging panel who are closely associated with Punjabi film industry.”
“The aim behind this event is to provide foundation skills for contestants to excel in the acting, style, entertainment, and modeling industries. The winners will have an opportunity perform in movies.”
